IJM TimberFrame has been at the cutting edge of timber frame manufacturing innovation for over 35 years. The 220,000 sq. ft. IJM TimberFrame plant is located just outside Monaghan town in Ireland and includes the manufacturing facility, administration and design offices. The timber used in the timber frame structural shell comes from managed forests. As part of our overall quality philosophy, all structural timber is subjected to a rigorous mechanical stress graded to BS 5268 to verify the integrity of each part of the structural timbers for all new IJM homes. We are the only timber frame manufacturers to stress grade timbers inhouse for greater quality control, and our computer-controlled production ensures unrivalled levels of accuracy. Our commitment to quality and service is reflected in the technical support, on site training and research programmes available to every customer.
We are one of Europe's leading timber frame manufacturers, with exports to Germany, France, the UK and Saudi Arabia. In the USA, our export activities are conducted under a strategic alliance with Harvey International, a family owned business based in New Hampshire, manufacturers and suppliers of windows and external doors for the construction industry.
