MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYS
Our measured building surveys are carried out using specialist building survey software. Elevations Floor Plans & Sections are produced to our clients specification.
AS-BUILT SURVEYS
Required from Contractors by amongst others utility companies and local authorities, As-Built surveys can be used for settling final accounts and for record purposes. Good As-Built surveys can save the contractor a lot of time and money in locating services etc in the event of them having to carry out additional work at a future date.
SITE CONTROL / GPS SURVEYS
Oriel Group can establish a site control on your site using either local or Irish grid. This will improve the efficiency of your project. We can also carry out a survey to ensure that the area of the site corresponds with that on site drawings so as to ensure the drawings are accurate before any works commence.
Deformation Survey
Part of your project may require continual monitoring of structures or objects to check against movement or physical changes during adjoining ongoing works. We can survey and monitor such structures and record all results so as to ensure that any discrepancies are highlighted at the earliest possible time. Any action required to rectify/cease any damage or movement can be taken immediately to ensure no further damage/ movement.
