You are about to embark on one of the most important investments of your time,
go into it well prepared with a QStimate of your building
Let us do the following for you:
- Give an accurate estimate of the building cost that we believe you should be charged. We estimate for builders – so we know what we are talking about!
- Get the sketch drawing from the Architects and send it to us at an early stage, this will enable you to decide if the estimate falls within your budget or not – you can change aspects of the building, or the specification, if the cost appears too high.
- Give you the edge when going to tender, or to a negotiation.
- We will price the work, we will allow you to change the price once, and then we will confirm the price on completion of the drawings.
- This affords you transparency (when going to tender) and an independent estimate of the work.
- We are in no way connected to any builder or supplier – we are totally independent!
- All this for only €250.00 plus VAT.
- If required we can do Bills of Quantity for the dwelling.
- We can also do the Tender adjudication.
